I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of the business district, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing enhanced comfort during my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The amenities provided, such as the room service and dry cleaning, were top-notch and added to the overall luxury of the hotel.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. the room was clean and decorated nicely, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the breakfast and drinks were quite expensive, with the self-service buffet breakfast being particularly disappointing in terms of food quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and assisted us with changed plans. Reception, leisure, and breakfast staff were very welcoming and happy to help. They provided a lovely view from our window and our room was modern and comfortable. The shower had amazing-smelling toiletries and they even provided towels for the pool. The breakfast had a great variety of choices.

Arrived for our anniversary celebrations and were upgraded to a stunning room with a gorgeous view. Free drink vouchers and a bottle of prosecco added to the perfect weekend. Excellent dining and drinking facilities!

It took quite some time to sort out the bill, and there was still a hold on my card even after a month of paying. My room was never cleaned during my two-night stay.

Speaking of which, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious and served hot. It was also a bonus that kids under 10 eat for free. a fantastic experience.

We were pleasantly surprised to check in early and receive complimentary drink vouchers for our anniversary. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were great. We loved the central location near Sauchiehall street.
